If something isn't right, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, opened beauty sponges, applicators and similar items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Damaged or incorrect items are replaced at no extra cost — send us a photo and we'll sort it out right away.
